Hello, my name is William Robb. I first entered the running scene in 2016 as a sponsored entrant to a local 10k race by Smokefree Norfolk in my efforts to quit smoking. I instantly fell in love with the sport and running community. I am deeply passionate about not only physical but the mental benefits that running can bring.
Since then, my achievements include a 5km time of 17:24, 10km time of 38.13 and taking part in the Lord Mayor's 5km. More recently I completed my first marathon at Loch Ness and first standard distance triathlon.
Over recent years, I've completed a Leadership in Running Fitness (LiRF) certification and, more recently, have qualified as a Level 3 Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF). I have had the opportunity to apply these skills in a practical setting by managing group session at local club level.
Through my professional life, I have a wealth of experiencing in motivational interviewing, action planning and supporting clients on a 1-to-1 basis.
